We truly appreciate you shopping with us!
Please note that all sales are final due to the custom and personalized nature of our products (made-to-order printed t-shirts). We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, color preferences, or print expectations.
When We Can Help
We are happy to assist in these situations:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item or wrong size because of an error on our part
How to Request a Return or Claim
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
- All custom printed t-shirts
- Sale, promotional, and discounted items
- Any items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your claim is approved, you can return the item (where eligible) and place a new order.
For Our EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, because these are personalized items and clothing is a hygienic product, this right only applies if the item is completely unopened, unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. Once the item has been opened or tried on, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refunds
If your return or claim is approved after inspection, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
